मूल आधार कार्ड और राशन कार्ड मांगने के लिए सूचीबद्ध अस्पतालों को निर्देश जारी
देहरादून। मुख्य सचिव राधा रतूड़ी ने जानकारी दी है कि आयुष्मान कार्ड राज्य के एनएफएसए/एसएफएसए राशन कार्ड धारक लाभार्थी को जारी किया जाता है। सीएस ने स्पष्ट किया कि कार्ड निर्माण के दौरान आधार का उपयोग केवल केवाईसी के लिए किया जाता है। राज्य के पास संग्रहित डेटाबेस ( Stored Database) में मौजूद आधार के विवरण तक किसी भी प्रकार की पहुंच नहीं है।फर्जी कार्डों की जांच के लिए एनएचए की मदद से पहले से जारी आयुष्मान कार्डों का विश्लेषण और सत्यापन किया जाता है ।
भर्ती के दौरान आधार पर अंकित पते की प्रामाणिकता की जांच करने और मूल आधार कार्ड और राशन कार्ड मांगने के लिए सूचीबद्ध अस्पतालों को एडवाइजरी जारी की जा रही है। पिछले 1-2 वर्षों के दौरान बने राशन कार्डों, विशेष रूप से राशन कार्ड में केवल एक सदस्य होने के सत्यापन के लिए खाद्य विभाग को निर्देश जारी किए जा रहे हैं |

कॉमन सर्विस सेंटरों को सख्त निर्देश दिए जा रहे हैं कि वे किसी भी धोखाधड़ी गतिविधि में शामिल न हों अथवा सख्त कार्रवाई का सामना करें। एसएचए ऐसी किसी भी धोखाधड़ी गतिविधि का पता लगाने के लिए अधिक सतर्क रहेगा।
